       自公元前三千多年出现的“树头酒”到唐代诞生用粮食酿造的蒸馏酒,从明代开始的商业化酿酒工坊到近代名酒佳酿层出不穷,宜宾产区在四千多年的白酒酿造历史中,凭借其优渥的自然条件、悠久的技艺传承、独特的酒体风味,让中国白酒享誉世界。国美酒业传承自北宋长宁军通判王章技艺的黄石渠官营糟坊,有着近千年的历史传承。厂区坐落于宜宾市长宁县,地处山川秀丽、太平安康的淯江河畔,是“中国白酒金三角”浓香型白酒的发源地,厂区三面环水,一面靠山,形成“玉带缠腰”的自然景观,仿佛一座天然形成的大酒杯。

       五粮酿造技艺是取高粱产酒清香味正、大米产酒醇和甘香、糯米产酒纯甜味浓、小麦产酒曲香悠长、玉米产酒喷香尾甜,经过千百年的技艺传承,通过无数次科学调试,最终“荟萃成醇”。国美酒业作为非遗工坊,坚持传承五粮古法酿造技艺酿造,精选优质的高粱、大米、糯米、小麦、玉米五种国产粮食为原料,坚持人工踩曲、续糟配料、泥窖固态发酵、混蒸混烧,发酵周期为 90 天,确保原酒的口味和风格如一。每一滴酒经量质摘酒、按质并坛、长期储存、精心勾调而成。

Each drop of wine is picked in quantity and quality, put together in an altar according to quality, stored for a long period of time, and carefully blended.

       国美酒的文化既蕴含于美酒之内,也呈现于精美的包装上,国美酒庄由著名设计艺术大师许燎源进行包装设计,许燎源先生赋予“国美”浓香型白酒系列概念为:温峻冷冽。“国美酒庄”全身喷黑,透过酒体似能摇漾出夜空的深邃之色,于瓶身顶部塑造褶皱浮雕,把水的形态从浓香的酒坛中剥离而出,不仅增加了设计的凹凸质感,同时也让人感受到此款白酒的浓郁悠长。瓶盖的木纹加上瓶口的古统火漆,与瓶身的柔态形成强烈对比,其间的金属承接磨合掉了未来和传统的视觉错位。材质与色调的过渡,水与火的揉合凝结,使整款设计趋于完整,贴合概念。于温度而言,是火的温峻与水的冷冽;于感知而言,却又是火的冷冽和水的温峻了。这便是人与物在非功能关系的密切自由嬉戏中互相感染的力量。
