巴拿马太平洋国际博览会国际星厨（中国）分会揭牌启动

巴拿马太平洋国际博览会国际星厨（中国）分会由中国烹饪大师、中国饮食文化研究所副所长何永清先生担任会长，与国际国内知名饮食文化专家、烹饪技艺传承大师共同推动国际星厨标准制定，联合各国驻华使馆外交官及全球品荐官促进中国饮食文化国际交流，提升中国餐饮品牌国际影响力。开拓与创造，传承与焕新，挖掘新风味，溯源好原料，研发新工艺，巴拿马太平洋国际博览会国际星厨（中国）分会打造新一代“国际星级”标准。

Mr. He Yongqing, a Chinese culinary master and deputy director of the China food culture Research Institute, served as the president of China International Institute of Advanced Chef Studies of The Panama Pacific International Exposition. Together with well-known international and domestic food culture experts and culinary skill inheritance masters, they promoted the development of international star kitchen standards, cooperated with diplomats of embassies in China and global recommendation officials to promote the international exchange of Chinese food culture and enhance the international influence of Chinese food brands. Exploiting and creating, inheriting and revitalizing, exploring new flavors, tracing good raw materials, developing new processes, and creating a new generation of "International star level" standards by the China International Institute of Advanced Chef Studies of The Panama Pacific International Exposition.
