探索中俄经贸合作新路径 实现中俄经贸发展新突破

目前，尽管国际市场还存在不确定不稳定因素，但中俄经贸合作热度不减。中俄作为两大邻国，经济互补性高，合作潜力足。巴拿马太平洋国际博览会积极推动中俄经贸团组互访交流合作，与口岸城市地方政府共同推动中俄跨境电商、国际物流快速高质量发展，促进中俄贸易再创新高。中国海关总署发布的数据显示，3月份中国出口较上年同期激增14.8%，实现贸易顺差881.9亿美元，其中3月份中国对俄罗斯的出口较上年同期增长逾一倍，与此同时，中国对俄罗斯的进口也增长了18.1%，达到了63.8亿美元，中国连续13年稳居俄罗斯第一大贸易伙伴国。《中华人民共和国主席和俄罗斯联邦总统关于2030年前中俄经济合作重点方向发展规划的联合声明》明确提出，到2030年前中俄经济合作的重点方向，即：贸易、物流、金融、能源、大宗商品及矿产资源、技术及创新、工业和农业。

Among them, China's exports to Russia in March more than doubled compared to the same period last year. At the same time, China's imports to Russia also increased by 18.1%, reaching 6.38 billion US dollars. China has remained Russia's largest trading partner for 13 consecutive years.The Joint Statement of the President of the People's Republic of China and the President of the Russian Federation on the Development Plan of the Key Directions of China-Russia Economic Cooperation before 2030 clearly sets out the key directions of China-Russia economic cooperation before 2030, namely, trade, logistics, finance, energy, bulk commodities and mineral resources, technology and innovation, industry and agriculture.
